ENGAGE CONSULT

Engage E-Consultations

Request help from your practice easily online!

This is our new online consultation service

Patients are now able to use this service to contact the Practice about medical, administrative queries and prescriptions requests. The system is called Engage Consult and you can start using it by clicking here and completing your registration details.

Any queries received via engage consult before 11.00am on a surgery working day will be dealt with and responded to on the same day.

Not all medical queries will require a GP appointment, however where an appointment is required a member of the Practice team will be in contact to arrange a phone call or face to face consultation.

Please be advised that there is a limited number of queries (including during the weekend) that can be received by practice on a day. When you are not able to submit the request, this means the message box has reached the capacity of requests.

Please wait at least 24 hours to receive a response from the surgery before you submit a repeat enquiry.

We hope this service will enable patients to get the help they require as quickly as possible.
